An individual housing contract makes you responsible for only your specific bedroom and the common area, so you will not be liable for your roommate’s monthly installments.
Monthly installments are due on the first (1st) of each month. They are considered late on the fourth (4th) day of each month, and a late fee will be charged. Paying your installment payments is simple as you can pay online using the Resident Portal.
Monthly installments are based on a contractual amount divided into 12 equal monthly payments, which take into consideration the days in August you will live on site.
